Life as the new president
I thought this was very interesting… a few quips…
- Barack Obama - Secret Service codename Renegade
- Barack wants to remove the plasma TV from the famous Lincoln bedroom. Instead, he wants guests to read.
- To help him keep in shape, Barack will build an indoor basketball court - to replace the bowling alley that Richard Nixon installed.
- White House pets - especially dogs - are popular with voters. In his acceptance speech, Obama promised his girls a new puppy to take with them to their new home.

That WAS interesting! I chuckled at the Dan Quayle story.

Why is this interesting?

it is interesting because it is his opinion and his site.
I personally find your comment to be quite obtuse on your part

So nice to know that we will be paying for his new basketball court . . . with the taxpayers money.
There are many things that I have been called, but obtuse is never been one of them. But since he is the president of the US, he will have my respect.
But obtuse, not really. Thanks though!

Obtuse once again… look it up but now you have been called obtuse twice.
Reading is FUNdamental… He did not say he agreed with the expenditures or anything else. The poster just thought it was interesting and provided some insight on what is going on in places the public never sees.
Oh and by the way… You are welcome.

OH there is a lot that the public never sees. I just think that it is so funny that this blogger has a blog comment police . . . or is it actually the blogger eh!
Is obtuse truly the word of the week?

Since you keep commenting, I think it’s become your word of the week.

“OH there is a lot that the public never sees. ”
… In other news, water is wet, Tuesday immediately follows Monday and JW has once again missed the point. Sigh
“I just think that it is so funny that this blogger has a blog comment police . . . or is it actually the blogger eh!”
What’s the word I am looking for again…? You know the one defined in the dictionary as ” not quick or alert in perception, feeling, or intellect; not sensitive or observant; dull.” Oh gosh… what is it…It’s right on the tip of my tongue.
“Is obtuse truly the word of the week?”
It is until you say something that has some intellect.
Your agenda is as transparent. You don’t like Obama, nor does the Blog Comment Police or the blogger (note you are wrong about them being one in the same, but the blogger is a friend of mine. Neither of us voted for Obama).
So let me help you with the point of the post since you are struggling mightily with it. You don’t have to approve with, agree with, or endorse something to find it “interesting”. For example, I find the events associated with the Holocaust “interesting” but I DO NOT agree with, approve of or endorse the actions of Nazi Germany by any measure what -so- ever.
~sigh~

It’s not me, but I do have some funny friends! LOL

You know, while you’re researching the definition of obtuse, you might want to also look-up friends… and then try to get some.
