Greg got clocked at 60 in a 35 - damn construction zones! The cop wrote him for 5 over as a “break” so the ticket is “only” $55 - instead of $400+!! DOH!

I haven’t blogged in a while… Well, not on my own blog anyway! I’ve made a few guest posts over on the Lyons in the past month or so… I guess after losing my grandfather and watching my friends battle cancer, a lot of things don’t seem blog worthy. I have started a post a few times, but it was a long and thoughtful one, so I haven’t gotten around to completing it.

I guess that the start of basketball season is as good of a reason as any to get back to the business of blogging!

As of today, October 31st — Halloween — and Hallie’s birthday — my 2007-08 basketball season officially kicks off at Southern Utah.

I flew into Vegas this morning (oh darn :)) and am about to drive over to Cedar City with one of my co-officials sometime in the next hour. It’s about a 3 hours drive and we lose an hour going over there, so we have to leave around 1pm for our 7pm game! We’ll head back to Vegas after the game and I may or may not spend a few hours at the poker tables.

I have a lot of random things to post about from the past month, so expect more posts soon!
